The Calgary Humane Society (CHS) is reaching out to animal lovers everywhere to help find a forever home for its longest-staying canine resident; Mr. Worldwide.
“Mr. Worldwide is an incredible dog with so much personality,” says Stavy Giannoulis from CHS. “He’s full of energy, loves to play, and is a champion at cuddling.”
It’s hard to believe that this loveable two-year old American pitbull mix has been waiting for a new family for 175 days. The shelter is surprised by his extended stay and emphasizes the importance of considering all adoptable animals. Giannoulis adds that “He loves people and deserves a family who can give him the love and attention he craves.”
If you’re looking to add a furry friend to your family, consider giving Mr. Worldwide a chance to bring joy into your home.
Additionally, Calgary Animal Services is hosting an adoptathon this week due to over capacity. Adoption fees will be lower, encouraging people to adopt rather than shop.
