SAIT, along with other university campuses across Canada, is inviting students, staff, and community members to take part in early voting for the 2025 federal election through on-campus polling stations. SAIT’s polls will be open from Sunday, April 13, to Wednesday, April 16, in classrooms AA117 and AA119, located on the main floor of Heritage Hall. For accessible entry, ramps are available via the Stan Grad Building.
This advanced voting opportunity allows students and instructors to cast their ballots easily between classes or after school, especially as exam season makes scheduling more difficult. Hosting the polls on campus ensures greater access and flexibility for the campus community.
Eligible voters can drop in during the listed hours with a valid ID to vote. For those who can’t make it to the on-campus station, advance polls in the community will run from April 18 to 21, and Election Day is Monday, April 28.
