Calgary Flames forward Nazem Kadri scored the overtime winner for the 2nd consecutive game, extending the Flames’ win streak to 4.
They’re 4-points behind St. Louis. The Blues are on a 7-game winning streak, having defeated the Montreal Canadiens 6-1 on Tuesday, and currently hold the 2nd wildcard spot, 2-points behind the Minnesota Wild.
The Flames host a tough opponent in the Dallas Stars on Thursday, followed by the Battle of Alberta in Edmonton on Saturday.
With only 12 games remaining, every game matters for Calgary, but the ‘C-of-Red’ remains hopeful for the Flames to sneak into the playoffs.
