The city of Calgary is planning to Announcing a new south Central bus garage in the community of Alyth/Bonnybrook/Manchester.
With Calgary being a rapidly growing city and the city has found several factors that need improving for the Calgary Bus systems like increasing Storage, stopping the Victoria Park Garage, And expanding Service levels to meet Increased Demand Levels.
The new Garage space will have room to double the capacity of the current Victoria park Garage over time while increasing bus Maintenance, and Storage Capacity in Central Calgary.
The new Garage will be built on a existing two parcels of city owned land.
