Police are investigating a situation where a body was found dead in the begin tower residence building at SAIT campus.
Police were called to the campus at roughly 5:40pm on Wednesday, when they got a report about a dead person in one of the dorm rooms.
“At this time, the death remains undetermined and homicide unit investigators are working to determine whether the death is criminal,” police said in a news release.
Details on the victim are yet to come out, but police say that there is no current threat to the public at this time.
SAIT has yet to comment on the situation.
