Police seeking public’s help in the disappearance of a Calgary man

Calgary, AB, Canada / RTBN

Staff Sgt. Martin Schiavetta from the CPS Homicide Unit will brief media this morning at 11 am on the case regarding the disappearance of Adam Stewart Young.

On November 20, 2017,  35-year-old Young went missing at 10 pm after last being seen leaving his residence in the 200 Block of 11 avenue S.E. and since then no one has seen or heard from him.

Since 2017 police have conducted multiple interviews with family and friends as well as reviewing CCTV footage from around the area he was last seen. With the information that has been collected, police now strongly believe there was foul play was involved.

They are treating the case as homicide and although the body has not been found the Homicide Unit will continue to investigate. Many viable suspects have been identified and police are asking any members of the public to come forward with any information on the case.
