Facebook hackers, back again

Calgary, AB, Canada / RTBN
A resurfacing Facebook hack has made an appearance once again, and Facebook users are frustrated.
Since 2011, there have been rumours of hackers obtaining access to personal accounts and posting explicit posts without their knowledge. However, a recent article by Snopes outlined that it’s actually impossible for a hacker to gain access to your account on their own.
Instead, they get the access they need through rogue Facebook apps and fake links clicked on by unsuspecting Facebook users. People who have fallen victim to these hacks have most likely done one of these things and have unknowingly given the hacker the access they need.
Unfortunately, once that door is open, hackers are free to come and go as they please but security-conscious users do not need to worry about hackers randomly seizing control over their account.
