Over 13 hundred tickets have been issued since yesterday morning and Enforcement Coordinator Kevin Bulmer says that if you don’t move your car, you can get a ticket every 24 hours.
A ticket will run you 75 dollars but if you pay within 10 days it will only cost 40 dollars.
If you left Canada to escape the cold and left your car on the street Bulmer says you will continue to be tagged and that there’s no real way to challenge a ticket.
The ban may end late tonight but with snow in the forecast for Wednesday, another ban may be on the way.
As Calgary continues to be under a snow route parking ban, citizens are wanting answers.
