The man acquitted of sexual assault by controversial judge Robin Camp has been arrested again. Alexander Wagar was brought in for not appearing at multiple court dates on charges going back to May. The 28 year old is being accused of seven offences including assault and choking with intent. This time the incident involved another man. The last time Wagar was in court he was acquitted of sexual assault charges twice. One of those was thanks to then federal judge Robin Camp after he asked complainant why she didn’t just keep her knees together. Wagar is in the process of trying to find a lawyer and is due back in court next week.
