Day two of the appeal hearing for construction of the Ring Road project was all about water.
Concerns were raised about where the water from the roads will flow to and whether or not it will affect the nearby wetlands.
Environmentalists questioned if there is an acceptable amount of storm water ponds and were also curious why some of the ponds were being filled for construction of the road.
KGL Constructors say since they have taken over the project some of the road plans have been changed in order to disturb less land.
The three day hearing wraps up with closing statements tomorrow and the board will make their recommendations in November.
